Front Squats
5 set of 5 reps with 50 pounds (barbell with 2 2.5lb weights)
Overhead Press
5 set of 5 reps with 50 pounds (barbell with 2 2.5lb weights)
Deadlift
1 set of 5 reps with 90 pounds (barbell with 4 10 lb and 2 2.5lb weights)
Weekly Weigh In: 173.8 16.1%
