StrongLifts Day 5

Squats:

Warm Up Sets
2 sets of 5 seps with 45 pounds (barbell no weights)
1 set of 3 reps with 55 pounds
1 set of 2 reps with 55 pounds

Work Sets
5 sets of 5 reps with 65 pounds 

Bench Press: 

Warm Up Sets
2 sets of 5 seps with 45 pounds (barbell no weights)
1 set of 3 reps with 65 pounds
1 set of 2 reps with 65 pounds

Work Sets
5 sets of 5 reps with 95 pounds 

Barbell Row: 

Warm Up Sets
2 sets of 5 seps with 65 pounds (barbell no weights)
1 set of 3 reps with 85 pounds
1 set of 2 reps with 85 pounds

Work Sets
5 sets of 5 reps with 110 pounds 

Day 10 of GOMAD

When I got home my wife told me I look "pudgy."
