Resting really helped me gain ALOT of strength in my lifting. I was able to do 45lb dumbbell hammer curls. I could feel my wrists struggling on the preacher curls and the seated triceps dips made my whole upper body feel alive. I might not be able to run but lifting was my first love anyway.
I added in a the core workout. I did not do a whole lot sinceIi have not worked my abs since the week of Christmas.
It just makes sense and here is a simple way to find this info...All you really need to do is spend some quality time inside of forums. If you find the abdominal exercise and weight gain forums out there, you are in business. These forums are always filled with tips and ways to build muscle faster.
