Obstacle Course Workout

Run 100m
10 fast Pushups
5 Pullups
5 flexed arm hang (chin ups)
10 Dips

I did 5 rounds in 9:33

I was super sweaty it less than 10 minutes!


After work I picked up 2 used rims I found on craigslist. The guy had a set of 4 but one was dented so I just got two to replace my 2 dented wheels. He threw in a used tired for free offered to sell me other 2 rims for $50 since they are just going to "sit there forever" so I might go back tomorrow. I did not have extra cash on me.
