A week before I finished my challenge I was worn out and freaking about about not reaching the goals (number wise) that I had set before the challenge. I hooked up my external hard drive and looked to find some pictures at my heaviest 2004-2006. I don't know how much I weighed those years as I did not buy a scale till the end of 2007. I found a picture I took without a shirt on in January of 2008 after I had been working out for 6 months and lost about 20 lbs. I have been comparing progress pictures 4 weeks at a time and had not compared where I am now from where I started from. Here is that picture compared with my final BFL pic from March 5, 2010
The before pic I weight 227 and I was three weeks into the family biggest loser contest we started on New Years Day 2009. The after pic I weigh 172-173 about 14 months later. I decided after looking at this picture that I am done with weight loss. I want to gain back the 10-12 pounds of muscle I lost while losing 80ish pounds.
Here are the other pictures of my heaviest days I found.

BFL Challenge 1 Final Results
I drove to Amarillo to be with my girlfriend as we finished the Body-for-Life Challenge. We did our final workout at her gym. I kicked things up a notch and we encouraged each other. Her dad is a runner so I borrowed some of his shorts since I don't have any that are above my knee for the final picture. We took our final measurements on Saturday morning. Much to my surprise my GF talked about doing a second challenge and I asked her to join transformation.com and she did. Here are my final stats for the challenge.
Here are my measurements.
The final Week 1 to Week 12 side by side before and after pictures show the progress made.
Front (Proper Posture)
Front (Relaxed)
Side (After foot was cut off)
Back (Where I noticed the most difference)
Here is a Chart
