Training Day 1 Week 4

I overslept this morning even though I was in bed by 8pm last night. I decided to run at the park after work so I could stay in the shade. This is my second to last 3 mile training run. I really want to wake up early on Thursday so I can break my 5k PR one last time before my next 5k race.
