10K Training Week 4 Day 6

I had always planned to lift weights on Saturday but life keeps getting in the way. Since my foot is sore and I had free time I went to the gym for an upper body workout. It had been 2 weeks since my last resistance training session. My chest, back, and triceps had long lost strength but I struggled with my biceps (which have been turning back into fatceps).
