10K Training Week 5 Day 1
I am not sure if I should consider it resting my sore foot or laziness. I hurt my foot while jogging on Friday and I am giving it a rest for now. My plan was to lift weights tonight but I ended up going out to eat instead. My friend left his camera at my house a few weeks ago and he asked if I could stop by and drop it off. I hung around for a while to see his new place. Being hungry due to poor planning we decided to go to Posado's. I did not get home till 8:15pm.
