10K Training Week 5 Day 4

Tonight I met up with Patrick again to work on back and biceps. I usually wait 72 hours between workouts in a muscle group but he stated out with side raises and front raises. After that we did a back exercise using the bench and dumbbells. Then we did assisted pull ups. Next we did "7-11s", you take a fixed weight barbell and do 7 bicep curls only coming up to parallel then 7 starting parallel and coming up to your chest. Then 11 curls full range of motion. Lastly we did hammer curls.
We ended to workout doing his crazy Ab exercise. I think he might be one of those people who doesn't know that you can't stop reduce and that "Abs are made in the kitchen"
