10K Training Week 1 Day 3
Last night I found out my friend Amy goes to the same gym as me. My 10K training program calls for weight lifting or yoga on day 3 and 6. Tonight I went to Yoga class with Amy and it really helped my back which has been hurting for a few weeks.
