10K Training Week 2 Day 6

Today I lifted weights for the first time in 17 days! With all the running I have been doing I have neglected my resistance training routine. It hurt so good. I had not lost too much strength and the break was a nice rest to get rid of any over training that might have occurred. On the plate loading decline chest press machine I was able to lift 250 lbs (2x45, 25, and 10 on each side)
