10K Training Week 3 Day 2
After work I did not feel like going for a run. I got in my car and started to head home. I started looking at the leaves blow and people walking down the streets. I decided I did not want to put another X on my calendar so I passed the freeway and went to the park. I ended up running 5.5 miles. My previous longest distance was 4.7. I am right at my goal of adding a mile a month.
