10K Training Week 4 Day 1
Today was crazy. I ate unhealthy. I did not jog/run. My friend gave me the P90X DVD set on my birthday. I had originally planned to start P90X November 8th but started this 10K training instead because I could not get the videos in time. My plan was to run a 10K on December 18th but now I don't think I can get the info to sign up. I found a 10K on January 15th. I don't know when I will start P90X. The best plan would be to start January 17th.
