10K Training Week 3 Day 5
I woke up this morning and felt rested and ready to run. I don't know this area well so I just kinda mapped out a simple route on my phone that had the least amount of street names to remember. It was a cool morning and a hilly run. Being out of town I realize that I don't encounter many steep hills on my runs. I ended up with 3.55 miles. The tail end of my run was all downhill and I got going pretty fast. I wish I could run that fast all the time.
