10K Training Week 4 Day 2

I ran the same route as Week 3 Day 3 this evevning. I was not sore this time so I did it 4 minutes faster. I only averaged a 12 minute mile. I think I am slowing down but it could be the big hill or my less than optimal diet the past 5-6 days. I have been gaining weight since I started running outdoors.
