10K Training Week 3 Day 3
Today I ran a longer version of Week 2 Day 4's run. 4.7 miles in about an hour. I was sore and slow after yesterday's 5.5 mile run. I got a blister on my left big toe and it feels like it need to pop like I jammed it or something.
