Morning Weight: 182.2 (up 3.4 lbs) No BM since Friday or Saturday

Breakfast:
Golden Delicious Apple

Lunch:
Turkey Breast 99% Lean (100g)
9 Cherry Tomatoes

Dinner:
Chunk Light Tuna (181g)
Baby Spinach

Evening Snack:
Half Apple
3 Grissini Sticks


Body-for-Life Upper Body Workout



I have to do a down and back to Houston tomorrow for work...
4-4.5 hours each way.
