Last night I had a good workout. I really pushed it on Shoulders and Triceps but could have done more on chest. This morning I did treadmill HIIT, 2.25mi, Not my furthest but I added some incline and a good starting place for the challenge. Tonight I am running with my friend Ranson. He is signed up for a 5K May 21st and I am trying to get to a 8:30 mile for the Firefly 5k/10K June 4th.
