C3.5W2D2

It is crunch time so Ellen and I did my old weight loss workout that I use to do with my trainer. I am not worried about adding muscle mass and I just want to shed some fat. Here is a summary of the workout.
10-15 minute warm up on the Elliptical
Stretch
Circuit training on the following list so no breaks between sets (12 reps each set):
5 Burpees
5 Mountain Climbers
10 Jumping jack
Cable Row
Lat Pulldown
Leg Curl
Shoulder Press
Chest Press
Preacher Curl
Tricep Press
Back Raises
Knee Ups
(Repeat circuit)
25 min Interval Program on Elliptical
