I had my slowest 5K in 2 months last night. I tried out a new route and it has some pretty large hills. I pushed through it and finished in 30:22. Ellen did her cardio at the gym so I mapped out a route that started and ended at my gym. I am really liking the Nike + GPS app. Now I have even more charts, graphs, and stats to entertain myself.

The line on the chart is pace and the solid color area is elevation. You can see I was running the fastest right at the start of the second mile when I was going down hill.
