1pm 2 chicken sausage (mango jalapeno), carrots, quacamole (7oz)

1130am 5 jumbo tiger shrimp, carrots, guacamole

615am Protein Smoothie (4 strawberries, 10 blueberries, 100% egg protein 24g)
