Training Day 2 Week 4
It was a nice cool 57 degrees this morning. A few minutes into my run my GPS watch died. I put it on the charger last night but the connection must have been bad. I kept going and my shorts began to sag from the weight of my phone. I guess I need to tie my drawstring tighter since my love handles are shrinking. I kept going and my right shoes came untied and my music stopped playing. I stopped at 1 mile and adjusted and fixed everything then finished my 2 miles. My eating was pretty crappy yesterday as I forgot to bring my leftovers to work. Today is a new day with a better plan.
