Marathon Training Day 2 Week 11

I planned to run 2 miles instead of 8 to see how I feel. I started off in pain and run 0.12 and turned around finished it to an even 0.25mi. Looks like the rest of the week will be a break from running. I hope the rest, ice, and using a foam roller will allow me to run the Cowtown Half on Sunday. I am staying optimistic.
