Marathon Training Day 3 Week 11 (Swimming)
I am not going to let my knee pain keep me from staying in shape and training. This morning I decided to use the lap pool at my gym for the first time. I swam 12 one way laps in the 25 yard pool. I timed my first lap as 36 second. I used mainly upper body to swim as I never know what to do with my legs. I have not done laps in a pool since the Rec Center at UNT opened in 2004ish. I need to pick up some goggle tonight when I go to buy a foam roller.
