Resting really helped me gain ALOT of strength in my lifting. I was able to do 45lb dumbbell hammer curls. I could feel my wrists struggling on the preacher curls and the seated triceps dips made my whole upper body feel alive. I might not be able to run but lifting was my first love anyway.
I added in a the core workout. I did not do a whole lot sinceIi have not worked my abs since the week of Christmas.
