Obstacle Course Workout

Run 100m
10 fast Pushups
10 reps Pullups
10 reps flexed arm hang (chin ups)
10 Dips

I did 4 rounds in 8:20

This afternoon we had a pinic on the town square.
This squirrel was watching us while sitting in a hole eating an acorn.
First sun tan/burn of the year.
Being a dork for my wife.
