7pm Strawberry Shredder extra protein (Smoothie King 20oz)
8PM Veggie Juice

6am smoothie (4 strawberries, coconut milk, 100% egg protein)
930am 3 hard boiled eggs
12 pm can of pink salmon and 13 almonds
130pm carrots and guacamole
330pm 5 jumbo tiger shrimp
